PokerTime
PokerTime is a part of the Prima network. It is a skin shared with many other poker sites, so expect a lot of traffic. If you have ever played at Golden Riviera you will notice that this looks almost exactly the same, but with different colors. During the afternoon on a weekday there were over 20,000 people connected. With this traffic, you will find a nice variety of games to choose from: Texas Hold'em (Limit, Pot Limit, and No Limit), 5 Card Draw (Fixed, Pot, and No Limit), Omaha (Fixed, Pot, and No Limit), Omaha Hi-Lo (Fixed and Pot Limit), 7 Card Stud (Fixed, Pot, and No Limit), and 5 Card Stud (Fixed, Pot, and No Limit). One nice feature you will notice here is that all of these come with a "Free Play" option. However, if a game other than Hold'em interests you, it might not have players on it. The stakes for these games range from $.05 - $.10 up to $200 - $400. One great thing to note for all players is that every stake had many tables running. So whether you are a micro-grinder or a high roller, you will be able to find a game on Poker Time.
They also offer a wide variety of tournaments for Hold'em, Omaha, 5 Card Draw, and 7 Card Stud players. They have Freerolls starting every few hours. You can play for as little as $.09 up to $1,000 + $90, but not all stakes have games running. The biggest stake was for the APPT Macau Final for $900+$90; the other were for much smaller stakes. Their Freerolls run every few hours with $200 and $500 payouts being the most common. Poker Time's regular tournaments do not seem that busy, with the greatest concentration of players on the Turbos, with small buyins around $3. Their Satellite tournaments look interesting with names like Sunday Showdown, Saturday Extreme Stack, and the APPT Macau; but no more than 50 registered players spread out over these three, a little disappointing. They have a section called "Special" which features something from each category. That's their busiest tournament is the WPP Freeroll with 122 players signed up.
Poker Time has a variety of Sit and Go tournaments ranging from Single table (from $.09+$.02 up to $1,000 + $90), Multi table (up to 100 tables), Heads up, Rounders (which are like shootouts), and Loyalty Tournaments. Here the single tables are the busiest by far, particularly the micro-stakes. There is no anyone on a stake higher than $50+$5. Of the small stakes games the micros and Freezeouts were the most popular. All of these consisted of 10, 8, 6, and 2 person tables.
