PokerWorld
PokerWorld recently (April 2009) joined the Cake Network, giving them a much needed boost in traffic. They join sites such as Sportsbook, Players Only, Doyle's Room and, of course, Cake Poker. They immediately go from one of the smallest networks out there (Gold Chip, where they were the largest member) to a top 10 network with a lot of momentum.
At PokerWorld, you can play all the usual varieties of poker including Limit, Pot-limit and No-limit Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, and Stud Hi/Lo. There is a wide range of levels available from the micro at $.02/$.04 to the high stakes of $500/$1000. Cash games are pretty busy thanks to the traffic they gained by joining the Cake Network.
PokerWorld rewards frequent players with Frequent Player Points (FPPs) and Gold Chips. Players earn FPPs by playing in any real money game. Once you earn enough FPPs you will be rewarded with a Gold Chip. The more Gold Chips you amass in a month, the easier subsequent Gold Chips will be to earn. Gold Chips can be used to buy into tournaments or to purchase merchandise from the PokerWorld Mall.
